City Council

The Council is comprised of five members from whom the Mayor and Deputy Mayor are chosen.

Each is elected to serve a four-year term.

City Council meets on the first and third Wednesdays of each month. All meetings and work sessions are held at 6:00 pm in City Hall conference room  unless otherwise advertised. All meetings are recorded.

The public is invited and encouraged to attend!

Junior Council Member Program

City Council voted to start a Junior Council Member Program in January 2022. The Junior Council Member Program is an outstanding opportunity to get the youth of the City of Titusville, PA, and surrounding municipalities to participate in the governing process of his/her community.
