The City Services Department recognizes that making the payment of your Water/Sewer/Refuse easier and more convenient is important. That is why the City has made a variety of options available to our customers to pay their bills. Currently payments made payable to ”The City of Titusville” can be made by any of the following options:
· Placed in the 24 hour drop box located along the right side of City Hall
· Mailed to 107 North Franklin Street Titusville, PA 16354-1734
· Titusville’s Farmers National Bank at 127 West Spring Street
· Made in person at the Treasurer’s Office M-F, 9am – 4pm
