The City Treasurer is an elected official, with the term of the Office being 4 years with no term limit. The public is invited to contact the Office with questions, concerns, or just a better understanding of the City Treasurer's Office.
Failure to receive notice does not relieve any taxpayer from the payment of any taxes imposed by any taxing district; and such taxpayer shall be charged with their taxes as though they had received notice.
Business/Mercantile/Vendor Licenses can be found on the Permits, Forms, & Applications page or at the Treasurer's Office.

School Real Estate/Per Capita Taxes are mailed at the end of July:

*School Per Capita Taxes are mailed to every person over the age of 18 who lives in the City of Titusville.
The last day to pay 20230 City & School Real Estate taxes and 2023 School Per Capita Taxes is December 31, 2023.
